Requirements and deadlines International Transfer Students
If you’re applying for undergraduate admission and you have any previous post-secondary study, you must submit the following items by the application deadline.

Alternate payment by check or money orderIf you are not able to pay your fee online using a credit card, you may mail your fee payment in the form of a cashier’s check, bank money order or bank draft in U.S. dollars to: Graduate and International Admissions Center Make checks payable to The University of Texas at Austin. Do not send cash or personal checks. Write your Application ID number (six digit), UT EID, or UT Assigned Student ID number (or SSN if you have one) on your check or money order. |

Application materials, including test scores and transcripts, are kept for one calendar year. If you’ve applied for transfer admission to UT Austin in the past, you may be required to re-submit certain credentials.
Application Timing and Deadlines
You should complete and forward your application to the university as early as possible to allow sufficient time to obtain your visa and arrange for transportation if admission is granted.
Summer/fall applications received after February 1 but before March 1 will be reviewed on a space-available basis. March 1 is the closing deadline for undergraduate applications.
